心脏康复有氧操联合体外反搏对心肌梗死介入治疗患者的康复效果观察

摘要 目的探讨心脏康复有氧操联合体外反搏对心肌梗死介入治疗患者的康复效果。方法选取100例心肌梗死介入治疗患者,随机分组,有氧操组采用心脏康复有氧操进行治疗,联合组采用心脏康复有氧操联合体外反搏治疗,比较两组患者的康复效果。结果治疗后,联合组患者的心率、动脉二氧化碳分压(arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide,PaCO_(2))低于有氧操组,动脉血氧分压(arterial partial pressure of oxygen,PaO_(2))、最大氧耗量(maximum oxygen consumption,VO_(2max))高于有氧操组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组患者的左心室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end diastolic diameter,LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、心脏每搏排血量(stroke volume,SV)大于有氧操组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);左心室收缩末期容积(left ventricular end systolic volume,LVESV)小于有氧操组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组6 min步行距离(6-minute walking distance,6MWD)长于有氧操组,Borg劳累度评估量表(Borg fatigue assessment scale,Borg)评分低于有氧操组,中国心血管患者生活质量量表(Chinese quality of life scale for cardiovas cular patients,CQQC)各维度评分高于有氧操组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于心肌梗死介入治疗患者,采用心脏康复有氧操联合体外反搏进行治疗具有良好的康复效果,可有效改善患者心肺功能。 Objectives To explore the rehabilitation effect of cardiac rehabilitation aerobic exercise combined with extracorporeal counterpulsation in patients with myocardial infarction undergoing interventional treatment.Methods One hundred patients with myocardial infarction undergoing interventional treatment were selected and randomly separated into two groups.Aerobic exercise group was treated with cardiac rehabilitation aerobic exercise,while combined group was treated with cardiac rehabilitation aerobic exercise combined with external counterpulsation.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the heart rate and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))in combined group were significantly lower than those in aerobic exercise group,while arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and maximum oxygen consumption(VO_(2max))were significantly higher than those in aerobic exercise group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and stroke volume(SV)in combined group were significantly greater than those in aerobic exercise group(P<0.05)the left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)was significantly smaller than that in aerobic exercise group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6-minute walking distance(6MWD)of combined group was significantly longer than that of aerobic exercise group(P<0.05),the Borg fatigue assessment scale(Borg)score was significantly lower than that in aerobic exercise group(P<0.05),the scores of various dimensions of the Chinese questionnaire of quality of life in Chinese quality of life scale for cardiovascular patients(CQQC)were significantly higher than those in aerobic exercise group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cardiac rehabilitation aerobic exercise combined with extracorporeal counterpulsation for patients undergoing interventional treatment for myocardial infarction has a good rehabilitation effect and can effectively improve cardiopulmonary function.
