摘要
在对柞水地区的大型真菌进行本底调查时,采集到了亚齿菌属样本,通过传统形态学和分子系统学相结合的方法,鉴定其为棕红亚齿菌Hydnellum brunneorubrum。经过文献比对,确定棕红亚齿菌在陕西境内为首次发现。该样本子实体中型至大型;采集时子实体干燥,菌盖直径4~10 cm,中间橘黄色、边缘褐色,平展,有白色纤毛形成白色轮状条纹,有不规则条棱,中间稍凹陷,有疣状刺凸;菌肉褐色;菌褶纤维质齿状,0.3~4.0 mm,中间长、边缘短,褐色;菌柄长3.0~4.5 cm,直径0.5~1.0 cm,棒状,基部膨大呈杵状,褐色,纤维质,实心;担孢子不规则形,(3.9~4.7)μm×(4.7~6.3)μm;担子(5.3~6.1)μm×(8.3~9.8)μm,2~4个担子小梗。
During a baseline survey of macrofungi in the Zhashui region,specimens of the genus Hydnellum were collected.By integrating traditional morphologic alanalysis with molecular systematics,they were identified as Hydnellum brunneorubrum.A literature review of Hydnellum revealed that this is the first record of H.brunneorubrum in Shaanxi Province.The basidiomata are medium to large;When collected,the fruit bodies were dry,pileus 4-10 cm in diameter,orange-brown at the center,brownish at the margin,applanate,with white fibrils forming concentric white bands,irregularly sulcate,slightly depressed at the center,bearing verrucose spinules;Context brown;Hymenophore fibrous,hydnoid,0.3-4.0 mm,longer in the center,shorter at the margin,brown;Stipe 3.0-4.5 cm long,0.5-1.0 cm in diameter,clavate,base swollen and club-shaped,brown,fibrous,solid;Basidiospores irregular,(3.9-4.7)μm×(4.7-6.3)μm;Basidia(5.3-6.1)μm×(8.3-9.8)μm,with 2-4 sterigmata.
