含b型流感嗜血杆菌成分疫苗与其他疫苗同时接种的免疫原性、安全性和接种建议综述

摘要 b型流感嗜血杆菌(Haemophilus influenzae type b,Hib)可引起儿童侵袭性感染,造成多种疾病。许多国家已将含Hib成分疫苗纳入免疫规划,但在含Hib成分疫苗接种率较低的国家Hib疾病负担仍然较重。含Hib成分疫苗与多种儿童常规接种疫苗的免疫程序高度重合,同时接种可提高疫苗接种率。本文对含Hib成分疫苗与其他疫苗同时接种的安全性和免疫原性进行文献综述,并依据各国指导文件和疫苗说明书归纳了同时接种的相关建议,为完善中国含Hib成分疫苗接种策略提供参考。 Haemophilus influenzae type b(Hib)causes invasive infections in children and leads to a variety of severe diseases.Hib-containing vaccines have been introduced into national immunization programs of many countries,however,Hib-related disease burden is substantial in nations with low coverage of Hib-containing vaccine.Immunization schedules of Hib-containing vaccines largely overlap with routine immunization schedules of many childhood vaccines.Therefore,simultaneous vaccination has potential to effectively improve vaccine coverage.In this article,we review the safety and immunogenicity of Hib-containing vaccines co-administered with other vaccines and summarize recommendations for simultaneous vaccination based on guidance documents of various countries and vaccine package inserts,aiming to provide reference for optimizing vaccination strategies for Hib-containing vaccines in China.
