摘要
低压柔性互联系统是实现配电网功率灵活调度、光伏消纳的重要设备。构建低成本、高效率、高功率密度的低压柔性互联变流拓扑是当前研究的热点。首先,研究一种改进型背靠背有源中点钳位型(active neutral-point clamped,ANPC)变换器,通过桥臂复用功率器件的方式,构建的柔性互联系统可降低所需开关器件数量;然后,针对该拓扑在运行时产生的暂态过电压问题,分析过电压产生的原因与运行条件,并提出对应的调制及控制方法,实现柔性互联系统离网、潮流控制等模式下的稳定运行。最后,搭建仿真平台验证控制策略的可行性,确定了其适用范围,为选用改进型背靠背ANPC变换器提供了参考。
The low voltage flexible interconnection system is a critical equipment for achieving flexible power dispatch and photovoltaic accommodation in distribution networks.Developing low-cost,high-efficiency,and high-power-density topologies for low voltage flexible interconnection systems is currently a key research focus.Firstly,this paper investigates an improved backto-back ANPC converter suitable for low voltage flexible interconnection systems.By reusing power devices across bridge arms,this topology reduces the required number of switching devices.Addressing the transient overvoltage issues during operation,the study analyzes the causes and operational conditions of overvoltage and proposes corresponding modulation and control methods to ensure stable operation in both islanded mode and power flow control mode.Furthermore,simulations are conducted to validate the feasibility of the control strategy and determine its applicable scope,serving as an alternative reference model for selecting improved back-to-back ANPC converters.
