摘要
航站楼工程项目投资巨大、全生命周期成本高,传统设计管理中技术与经济脱节往往导致投资“超概算”“设计浪费”等情况。本文界定技术经济融合导向的设计管理理论内涵,以某大型航站楼项目为案例阐述技术经济融合的价值路径、论证技术经济融合的设计管理能创造多维价值,为优化航站楼工程设计管理体系提供了新思路。
Airport terminal projects involve substantial investment and high whole-life cycle costs.Traditional design management is often plagued by the disconnection between technical and economic considerations,which leads to budget overruns and design inefficiencies.This paper defines the theoretical connotation of design management guided by technology-economy integration.Taking a large-scale terminal project as a case study,it elaborates on the value realization path of this integration and demonstrates how technology-economy integrated design management can create multidimensional value,thereby providing new insights for optimizing the design management system of airport terminal engineering.
