摘要
系统评述了傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振(NMR)、原子力显微镜(AFM)及激光粒度分析等先进表征技术在解析乳化沥青界面行为、稳定性机制与破乳过程等方面的应用进展。这些技术能够有效揭示乳化沥青的微观作用机制与性能关联。FTIR与NMR在组分识别与结构解析方面方法成熟,但严苛的制样要求限制了其在复杂乳液中的应用;AFM可有效表征界面力学性能,但液态环境中的高分辨成像仍存在挑战。界面性质是乳化沥青稳定性的核心因素,但目前仍缺乏相关的微观表征指标,亟需建立多尺度、多参数的界面评价体系。在破乳监测方面,激光粒度分析、紫外光谱与核磁共振成像等技术可实现动态追踪,但复杂体系中的样品预处理问题仍待解决。未来研究在研发适用于非均质体系的高分辨表征方法、推动AFM-CLSM、AFM-FTIR等多技术联用与模拟仿真仍有一定的潜力,以实现对乳化沥青界面化学、体系稳定与破乳凝结等微观机理的深入揭示与性能的精准调控。
A systematic review was conducted on the application progress of advanced characterization techniques such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),atomic force microscopy(AFM),and laser particle size analysis in studying the interfacial behavior,stability mechanism,and demulsification process of emulsified asphalt.These technologies effectively revealed microstructure-property relationships of emulsified asphalt.FTIR and NMR were mature tools for compositional and structural analysis,but face limitations in complex emulsions due to demanding sample preparation.AFM reliably assessed interfacial mechanics yet struggles with high-resolution imaging in liquid environments.Interfacial properties were critical to stability of emulsified asphalt,yet standardized micro-scale indicators were lacking,necessitating a multi-scale and multi parameter evaluation system.While laser granulometry,UV spectroscopy,and NMR imaging allow real-time monitoring of demulsification,the pretreatment of samples in complex systems remained a critical bottleneck.Future efforts should prioritize high-resolution methods for heterogeneous systems,promote integrated approaches such as AFM-CLSM and AFM-FTIR,and incorporate simulation techniques to elucidate the interfacial chemistry,stability mechanisms,and demulsification processes of emulsified asphalt,thereby facilitating precise control over its performance.
