摘要
采用氨基酸分析仪测定幼刺参配合饲料中赖氨酸的含量,并对测定结果的不确定度进行评定。测定结果的不确定度来源主要包括样品称量、样品处理及稀释、标准工作溶液配制、氨基酸分析仪及样品测量重复性。对各不确定度分量进行分析,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。幼刺参配合饲料中赖氨酸的质量分数测定结果为(1.15±0.06)%(k=2,置信概率为95%)。不确定度评定结果表明,氨基酸分析仪引入的不确定度占比最大,其次为测量重复性、标准工作溶液的制备以及样品处理和稀释。相比之下,样品称量引入的不确定度相对较小。在测定过程中应严格控制仪器各项性能参数和操作规范性,确保设备处于最佳运行状态,以提高测量结果的准确性和可靠性。
An amino acid analyzer was used to detect the content of lysine in juvenile sea cucumber(Apostichopus japonicus)compound feed,and the uncertainty of the determination results was evaluated.The sources of uncertainty in the determination results mainly included sample weighing,sample processing and dilution,preparation of standard working solution,amino acid analyzer,and the repeatability of sample measurements.Each of these uncertainty components was evaluated to calculate the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty.The determined mass fraction of lysine in the tested juvenile sea cucumber compound feed was 1.15%,with an expanded uncertainty of±0.06%at coverage factor of k=2,representing a 95%confidence level.Contribution analysis of the uncertainty indicated that the uncertainty introduced by the amino acid analyzer accounts for the largest proportion,followed in descending order by measurement repeatability,preparation of standard working solutions,and the steps of sample processing and dilution.In contrast,the uncertainty introduced by sample weighing was relatively minor.During the measurement process,it is necessary to strictly control the performance parameters and operational norms of the instrument to ensure that the equipment is in the optimal operating state,in order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.
