摘要
高空模拟试车台(以下简称高空台)是研制先进航空发动机必不可少的关键试验设施。近年来,高空台试验需求连续激增,试验能力缺口问题日益突出,改善试验调度效率成为解决该问题的重要突破方向。为提升高空台试验调度效率,应用运筹学方法,引入项目调度理论和资源约束多项目调度问题(RCMPSP)理论,构建了高空台多试验舱并行试验调度模型。通过对比仿真数据的计算结果,验证了该调度模型的可行性和优越性,表明基于RCMPSP的并行试验调度方法在高空台计划调度中具有良好的工程应用前景。
The altitude simulation test facility is an essential testing infrastructure for developing advanced aeroengines.In recent years,the demand for altitude testing has surged continuously,leading to an increasingly prominent gap in testing capacity.Improving the efficiency of test scheduling has thus become a critical breakthrough direction.Operational research methods were innovatively applied by incorporating project management theory and resource-constrained multi-project scheduling problem(RCMPSP)theory to construct a multi-cell parallel test scheduling model for altitude simulation test facilities.Through comparative calculations based on simulation data,the feasibility and superiority of the proposed scheduling model have been verified,demonstrating that the RCMPSP-based parallel test scheduling method holds significant potential for engineering application in the planning and scheduling of altitude simulation test facilities.
