摘要
当患者从ICU转入普通病房时,其家属常因环境改变和照护责任的转移而产生生理和心理上的困扰,进而引发焦虑、抑郁和恐惧等负性情绪,该现象被称为迁移应激。然而在临床实践中,家属的迁移应激反应常被忽视,若未及时得到干预,会损害家属身心健康,降低其照护能力,进而影响患者康复进程。鉴于此,本文将围绕重症监护室转科患者家属的迁移应激问题展开综述,从概念界定、评估工具、发生现状、影响因素及干预措施5个方面对其进行系统梳理,为构建有效的干预策略提供理论依据。
When patients are transferred from the intensive care unit(ICU)to a general ward,their families often experience physiological and psychological distress due to environmental changes and the shift in caregiving responsibilities.This can trigger negative emotions such as anxiety,depression,and fear,a phenomenon termed relocation stress.However,in clinical practice,the relocation stress experienced by families is frequently overlooked.Without timely intervention,it can compromise their physical and mental well-being,diminish their caregiving capacity,and consequently hinder the patient's recovery process.In light of this,this paper reviews the issue of relocation stress among relatives of patients relocated from intensive care units.It systematically examines five aspects:conceptual definition,assessment tools,current prevalence,influencing factors,and intervention measures,thereby providing a theoretical basis for developing effective intervention strategies.
