摘要
目的:分析探讨腕踝针联合耳穴贴压对混合痔术后患者镇痛及睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2025年1月至2025年6月厦门大学附属龙岩中医院收治的混合痔患者100例作为研究对象,按照不同干预方法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规干预,观察采用腕踝针联合耳穴贴压干预。其中腕踝针选双侧下1区、下6区留针4~6 h,耳穴贴压选直肠下段等4~5个穴位;比较2组的疼痛程度及睡眠质量。结果:观察组术后6 h、12 h、18 h、24 h、36 h、48 h的数字评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后3 d、5 d,观察组的睡眠质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔患者经过腕踝针联合耳穴贴压护理后,明显降低了疼痛感,改善了睡眠质量,相较于依赖药物的常规干预,该联合方案以无创操作、减少胃肠道不适、药物依赖等不良反应,且能通过持续经络调节同步解决疼痛与睡眠问题,为肛肠科术后中医护理提供了更安全有效的选择,更符合临床患者对低风险康复的需求。
Objective:To analyze and explore the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing on postoperative pain relief and sleep quality in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2025 to June 2025 were selected and divided into a control group(conventional intervention,50 cases)and an observation group(wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing intervention,50 cases)according to different intervention methods.Among them,for wrist-ankle acupuncture,select the lower 1st and 6th zones on both sides and retain the needles for 4 to 6 hours.For auricular acupoint pressing,select 4 to 5 acupoints such as the lower segment of the rectum.Pain intensity(Numerical Rating Scale,NRS)and sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)were compared between the two groups.Results:The NRS scores of the observation group at 6 h,12 h,18 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h after the operation were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd and 5th days after the operation,the sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After receiving wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing care,patients with mixed hemorrhoids significantly reduced their pain and improved their sleep quality.Compared with the conventional intervention relying on drugs,this combined treatment plan reduces side effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort and drug dependence through non-invasive operation,and can simultaneously solve pain and sleep problems through continuous meridian regulation.It provides a safer and more effective option for traditional Chinese medicine nursing after anorectal surgery,and better meets the clinical patients′demand for low-risk rehabilitation.
