摘要
目的:探究吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)后患者疼痛程度与睡眠质量的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2023年12月福清市医院行PPH术治疗的300例患者。分析患者术后24 h、48 h、72 h疼痛程度和睡眠质量,同时用Pearson相关分析PPH术后疼痛程度与睡眠质量的相关性。结果:术后24 h、48 h、72 h等不同时段,患者VAS评分逐渐下降,PSQI评分也显著降低(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,术后24 h、48 h、72 h等不同时间点VAS评分与PSQI评分正相关(r=0.682、0.615、0.538,P<0.05)。结论:PPH术后疼痛程度与睡眠质量密切相关,临床应根据患者的疼痛程度进行针对性管理,以缓解疼痛度,改善睡眠质量,促进术后康复。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between pain intensity and sleep quality after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods:A total of 300 patients treated with PPH in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were included for retrospective analysis.The pain severity and sleep quality were analyzed at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after surgery,and the correlation between PPH postoperative pain and sleep quality was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results:The patient′s VAS score gradually decreased at different time points including 24 hours,48 hours,and 72 hours after the surgery,and the corresponding PSQI scores also significantly decreased(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between VAS scores and PSQI scores at 24 h,48 h,and 72 h after surgery(r=0.682,0.615,0.538,all P<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative pain severity after PPH may be closely related to sleep quality.Targeted management should be implemented according to the patient′s pain intensity to alleviate pain,improve sleep quality,and promote postoperative recovery in clinical practice.
