摘要
在人工智能技术飞速发展与职业教育改革不断深化的背景下,高职学生就业观引导有新机遇与挑战。船政文化为就业观培育提供滋养,本文探索二者协同引导路径,构建引导体系,助学生树立正确就业观,为院校就业指导提供参考。
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and the continuous deepening of vocational education reform,the employment perspectives are facing new opportunities and challenges for vocational college students.Shipbuilding(Chuanzheng)culture nourishes the establishment of employment perspectives.This paper explores the synergistic pathways of AI and shipbuilding(Chuanzheng)culture for guiding students'employment perspectives,constructs a structured guidance framework to facilitate students in establishing sound employment perspectives,and aims to provide reference for institutional career guidance.
