摘要
本文报道1例胃癌术后腹腔占位,起初被疑诊为复发转移,后经超声内镜引导下细针穿刺活检诊断为小肠间质瘤的诊治过程。提示临床上面对难以明确诊断的腹腔占位或黏膜下肿瘤,可行超声内镜引导下细针穿刺活检术明确病理来减少漏诊误诊。
The article presented a case report of a patient who underwent surgery for gastric cancer and subsequently developed an abdominal space-occupying lesion,initially suspected to be a recurrence or metastasis.The diagnosis of a small intestinal stromal tumor was ultimately confirmed through an ultrasound endoscopy-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy.This case report underscored the clinical utility of ultrasound endoscopy-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy in diagnosing ambiguous abdominal space-occupying lesions or submucosal tumors,thereby reducing the incidence of missed diagnoses and misdiagnoses.This serves as a potent reminder of the indispensable value of advanced diagnostic techniques in modern medicine.
