摘要
新时代学校体育改革强调“教会、勤练、常赛”一体化推进,这一理念为当前青少年运动技能习得的过程化、科学化、终身化指明了方向,也为高中体育选项课教学模式的优化提供了理论支撑。本文从“教会、勤练、常赛”一体化视角出发,探讨其基本内涵及该背景下高中体育选项课的优化路径。研究发现,高中体育选项课应以学生兴趣为导向,通过结构化教学设计实现运动技能的系统化学习,构建“以‘学’为起点、以‘练’为深化、以‘赛’为拓展”的教学逻辑,精准把握“会”“勤”“常”的核心要义,并从目标分层、内容重构、动态调整与评价创新四个维度,提出具有可操作性的教学策略。
The new-era reform of school physical education emphasizes the integrated promotion of"Teach Well,Practice Diligently,Compete Regularly".This concept points out the direction for the procedural,scientific and lifelong acquisition of sports skills among adolescents,and also provides theoretical support for optimizing the teaching mode of senior high school optional PE classes.From the perspective of integrating"Teach Well,Practice Diligently Compete Regularly",this paper discusses its basic connotation and the optimization path of senior high school optional PE classes under this background.The research finds that senior high school optional PE classes should be guided by students'interests,realize the systematic learning of sports skills through structured teaching design,construct the teaching logic of"taking'learning'as the starting point,'practice'as the deepening stage and'competition'as the extension",accurately grasp the core essence of"mastery","diligence"and"regularity",and put forward operable teaching strategies from four dimensions:goal stratification,content reconstruction,dynamic adjustment and evaluation innovation.
