摘要
本研究针对广东高温多湿气候及重载交通特征,系统探索高性能改性沥青SMA-13上面层施工技术体系。通过优选SBS改性沥青、玄武岩骨料及复合型木质纤维稳定剂,形成适应沿海湿热环境的功能性材料组合;提出级配优化模型与数字化施工控制技术,构建涵盖智能温拌、3D摊铺、振荡碾压及全周期温度管控的工艺体系。文章重点突破接缝处理、密实度控制与耐久性提升等关键技术,为同类型地区高速公路面层施工提供可推广的技术范式。
This study systematically explores the construction technology system of high-performance modified asphalt SMA-13 upper layer based on the characteristics of high temperature and humidity climate and heavy traffic in Guangdong.By selecting SBS modified asphalt,basalt aggregate,and composite wood fiber stabilizers,a functional material combination suitable for coastal humid and hot environments is formed;Innovatively proposes a grading optimization model and digital construction control technology,and construct a process system covering intelligent warm mixing,3D paving,oscillating rolling,and full cycle temperature control.Key technologies such as joint treatment,compactness control,and durability improvement are emphasized to provide a scalable technical paradigm for the construction of highway surface layers in similar areas.
