摘要
水温巡检装置是100Me V回旋加速器的重要设备之一。水温巡检装置需实时监测100余路冷却水的回水水温,同时提供与回旋主控系统的连锁与警示。装置前端采用三线制的PT100铂电阻进行水温的采集,来满足测温的精度和稳定性要求。水温巡检仪表将温度数据数字化并存储,等待EPICS开发的输入输出控制软件通过MODBUS-RTU协议的RS485总线调用。其中,输入输出控制软件使用EPICS进行开发,采用asyn提供的串口通信驱动,通过STREAM Device开发与水温采集仪表设备的通信协议,建立需要获取的动态数据库脚本及设备启动脚本。该设备已经成功应用于100Me V回旋加速器水冷系统中,并经过长时间运行考验,稳定可靠。
The water-cooled inspection system is an important system in the 100MeV cyclotron.It is necessary to use a water-cooled inspection system to monitor the return water temperature of each system in real time.The system realizes real-time temperature inspection of more than 100 cooling water circuits of the accelerator,and provides interlock and warning with the main control system.The front-end of the system uses PT100 resistance to collect the water temperature,which meets the accuracy requirements of the system for temperature measurement.The analog signal is processed by the water temperature inspection instrument,sampled by the ADC and digitized,then calculated and stored,waiting for the input and output control software(IOC)to call it through the RS485 bus MODBUS-RTU protocol.The input and output control software(IOC)is developed by using EPICS,and the serial communication driver provided by asyn is used to develop the communication protocol with the water temperature collecting instrument device through STREAM Device,and establish the dynamic database script and the device startup script that need to be edited.The device has been successfully applied to the 100MeV cyclotron water cooling system,and it is stable and reliable after long-term operation test.
