摘要
教育学科是哲学社会科学领域的重要组成部分,其人才培养质量对推进教育强国战略具有深远意义。运用扎根理论,通过对学生、专任教师、兼任行政管理职务的教学科研人员开展深度访谈,系统剖析教育学科人才培养过程中的现实问题及其深层根源,发现教育学本科专业人才培养存在生源危机、培养困局、观念误区、发展瓶颈和制度困境等问题,具体表现为定位-认知偏差、课程-教学脱嵌、高分-卓越误区、理论-实践脱节以及学术-职业失衡等。通过归因分析得知,造成上述问题的主要根源在于:社会对教育学专业存在认知困境、学科边界模糊不清、评价体系过度泛化、体制机制保障欠缺,以及时代变迁下学科定位与学生发展之间存在多元逻辑更迭与交织等。
The education discipline is an important component of the field of philosophy and social sciences,and the quality of its talent cultivation is of great significance for the successful implementation of the strategy of leading country in education.This study employs grounded theory and conducts in-depth interviews with students,full-time faculty,and faculty members who hold concurrent administrative positions to systematically analyze the practical problems and underlying causes in the process of talent cultivation in education disciplines.The study finds that undergraduate talent cultivation in education faces issues such as enrollment crisis,cultivation dilemma,conceptual misconceptions,development bottlenecks,and institutional predicaments,which are manifested as positioning-cognition bias,curriculum-instruction misalignment,high score-excellence misconception,theory-practice disconnect,and academia-career imbalance.Through attributive analysis,it is revealed that the primary underlying causes of these problems lie in the cognitive dilemma of society towards the education major,the ambiguous boundaries of the discipline,the overly generalized evaluation system,the inadequacy of institutional and mechanistic guarantees,and the multiple logical shifts and interweavings between discipline positioning and student development under changing times.
