摘要
目的探究针刺疗法联合康复训练对早期脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能的干预效果。方法选取2023年6月至2024年6月我院收治的60例发病时间为3个月以内的脑卒中偏瘫患者,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺疗法。比较两组干预前、后的上下肢痉挛情况、平衡能力、关节活动度、上肢和下肢运动功能及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的改良Ashworth痉挛量表(MAS)评分低于对照组,Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、上肢和下肢Fugl Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分、各关节活动度、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺疗法联合康复训练能有效缓解脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体痉挛情况,改善平衡功能与关节活动度,促进运动功能恢复,并提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training on motor function of patients with early stroke hemiplegia.Methods From June 2023 to June 2024,60 stroke patients with hemiplegia who admitted in our hospital and had onset within 3 months were selected.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group combined acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The upper and lower limb spasm,balance ability,joint mobility,upper and lower limb motor function and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score,Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)score of upper and lower limbs,range of motion of each joint and Medical Outcomes Study 36-item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training can effectively alleviate the limb spasm of stroke patients with hemiplegia,improve balance function and joint mobility,promote the recovery of motor function,and enhance the quality of life.
