摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探析竞技体育成果共享的基本情况、逻辑遵循,并提出实践策略。基本情况:共享理念日益深化,共享渠道持续拓展,共享内容日渐丰富,共享主体日趋多元。逻辑遵循:依托新型举国体制优势,筑牢共享动力根基;坚持以人民为中心发展思想,锚定共享核心目标;立足发展实际,遵循科学推进原则;加快实现数智化转型,构建优质共享格局。实践策略:发挥参与主体共建能力,构建成果共享多维路径;创新网络化治理模式,系统回应全民共享诉求;立足实际优化共享过程,顺应发展贯彻渐进共享;数智资源赋能共享增效,要素协同推进全面共享。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the basic situation and logic principles of sharing achievements of competitive sports,and proposed practice strategies Basic situation:The concept of sharing is increasingly deepened,sharing channels are continuously expanded,shared content is becoming increasingly rich,and the subjects of sharing are becoming more and more diverse.Logic principles:It should rely on the advantages of the new national system to consolidate the foundation of shared development momentum,adhere to the people-centered development philosophy to anchor the core goal of sharing,be based on the actual development situation and follow the principle of scientific advancement,and accelerate the realization of digital and intelligent transformation to build a high-quality shared pattern.Practice strategies:We should leverage the co-construction capabilities of all participants to create multi-dimensional paths for sharing the achievements,innovate the networked governance model to systematically respond to the demands of universal sharing,optimize the sharing process based on reality and promote progressive sharing in line with development,and empower sharing efficiency with digital resources to promote comprehensive sharing through the synergy of elements.
