“AI+综合场景”赋能工程咨询行业发展的路径探析

摘要 [目的/意义]人工智能(AI)是引领新一轮科技革命和产业变革的战略性技术。国家“人工智能+”行动的深入实施,为工程咨询这一知识密集型行业的数字化、智能化转型提供了历史性机遇。[方法/过程]本研究立足国家战略背景,创新性提出“AI+综合场景”赋能工程咨询的发展模式,重点探析了以“四重”运行场景谋划、“四步”问诊智能体开发、“四库”共享平台构建、“四才”互动智库打造为核心的一体化实施路径,并针对性提出涵盖数据、算法、成本、组织伦理的全链条风险防范策略。[结果/结论]该模式与路径有效弥补了现有研究单点应用、局部探索的不足,旨在为工程咨询行业数字化、智能化转型提供参考。 [Purposes/Significance]Artificial Intelligence(AI)is a strategic technology leading the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation.The in-depth implementation of the national"Artificial Intelligence+"initiative has provided a historic opportunity for the digital and intelligent transformation of the engineering consulting industry,a knowledge-intensive sector.[Methods/Processes]Based on the national strategic context,this study innovatively proposes a development model of"AI+Integrated Scenarios"empowering engineering consulting.It focuses on analyzing the integrated implementation path centered on the planning of"four key"operation scenarios,the development of"four-step"diagnosis AI Agents,the construction of"four databases"sharing platform,and the establishment of"four types of talents"interactive think tank.Furthermore,it puts forward targeted full-chain risk prevention strategies covering data,algorithms,costs,and organizational ethics.[Results/Conclusions]This model and pathway remedy making up for the deficiencies of existing research which focuses on single-point applications and partial explorations,aims to provide references for the digital and intelligent transformation of the engineering consulting industry.
