摘要
针对高性能海洋装备用甲板机械等重载应用场景对永磁直驱电机3倍宽调速的特殊需求,提出一种基于漏磁优化的永磁同步电机设计方法和改进型拓扑结构,以解决低速直驱电机在深度弱磁工况下转矩跌落与效率下降的问题。基于电机磁路和弱磁调速原理,理论分析了电机主要参数对漏磁系数和弱磁能力的影响规律。结合有限元方法进行仿真分析,以一台110 kW、75 r/min样机为例,开展电机磁路结构的优化和性能对比计算,最后开展试验验证。试验结果表明,采用分段式“V+-”和深槽定子结构优化后的电机,在3倍速域范围内可实现转矩平滑输出,效率较传统设计提升1.3%,验证了新方法的有效性,为宽调速比低速永磁直驱电机提供了参数优化设计方法和思路。
The permanent magnet direct drive motor is required to have the capability of threefold wide-speed regulation in heavy-load application scenarios such as deck machinery for high-performance marine equipment.A design method for permanent magnet synchronous motors based on leakage flux optimization and an improved topology structure are proposed to address the issues of torque drop and efficiency decline in low-speed direct drive motors under deep demagnetization conditions.Based on the principles of motor magnetic circuit and weak magnetic speed regulation,the influence laws of the main parameters of motor on the leakage flux coefficient and demagnetization capability are theoretically analyzed.Taking a prototype with a power of 110 kW and a rotational speed of 75 r/min as an example,the optimization of motor's magnetic circuit structure and its performance comparison calculations are carried out through finite element simulation(FEM)analysis.Finally,the prototype、is verified.The test results show that the motor with the optimized segmented“V+-”and deep slot stator structure could achieve smooth torque output within a threefold speed range.The efficiency is improved by 1.3%compared to the traditional design.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified,providing parameter optimization design method and ideas for ratio low-speed permanent magnet direct drive motors with wide speed regulation range.
