摘要
目的探讨心理资本在护士自主学习能力与职业生涯状况间的中介效应。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士自主学习能力量表、心理资本问卷和职业生涯状况评价量表对苏州市3所三甲综合医院的655名护士进行调查。结果护士自主学习能力得分为(130.44±19.39)分,心理资本得分为(95.23±12.77)分,职业生涯状况得分为(86.11±11.46)分。护士心理资本与自主学习能力、职业生涯状况均呈正相关(r=0.749,P<0.001;r=0.556,P<0.001),自主学习能力与职业生涯状况呈正关系(r=0.566,P<0.001)。心理资本在护士自主学习能力与职业生涯状况间具有部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.310,中介效应占总效应的51.3%。结论护士心理资本在自主学习能力与职业生涯状况间起部分中介作用,医院管理层应着重培养护士的自主学习能力和心理调节能力,从而促进其职业生涯的健康发展。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of psychological capital between nurses′autonomous learning ability and their career status.Methods A survey was conducted among 655 nurses from 3 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Suzhou City using the general information questionnaire,the self-regulated learning ability scale for nurses,the psychological capital questionnaire and the career status evaluation scale.Results The scores of nurses′autonomous learning ability,their psychological capital score and career status score were(130.44±19.39),(95.23±12.77)and(86.11±11.46)points,respectively.Moreover,nurses′psychological capital was positively correlated to their autonomous learning ability and career status(r=0.749,P<0.001;r=0.556,P<0.001).Meanwhile,autonomous learning ability was positively correlated with career status(r=0.566,P<0.001).Nurses′psychological capital had a partial mediating effect between autonomous learning ability and career status,with a mediating effect value of 0.310,accounting for 51.3%of the total effect.Conclusion Nurses′psychological capital plays a partial mediating role between their autonomous learning ability and career status.Therefore,medical management should focus on cultivating nurses′autonomous learning ability and psychological adjustment ability,so as to promote the healthy development of their career.
