摘要
针对高功率微波系统对天线高功率容量、低剖面和灵活波束扫描能力的需求,提出并设计了一种基于变容二极管的折叠式反射阵列天线。天线的主反射面单元采用正交方向加载变容二极管的四臂贴片结构,通过夹层结构和倒圆角设计,有效抑制了局部电场集中现象,显著提升了反射单元的功率容量;副反射面采用具有极化选择功能的金属栅条结构,馈源采用线极化喇叭天线。通过分别调节正交方向变容二极管的偏置电压,反射单元可实现360°的连续相位调控,并保持天线单元的线极化-交叉线极化转换功能,极化转换率大于97.5%。具有极化选择功能的副反射面折叠了电磁波路径,有效降低了剖面高度。基于此反射单元设计了9×9排布的折叠反射阵列天线,在中心频率4.3 GHz处,天线增益为15.39 dBi,口径效率达到41.36%,在0.1 MPa气体SF_(6)环境中,天线功率容量达到3.6 MW,并能实现-20°~20°范围内的波束扫描。该设计为高功率阵列天线的低剖面设计和波束控制提供了新的途径。
To meet the requirements of high power microwave(HPM)systems for antennas with high power capacity,low profile and flexible beam steering,this work proposed a varactor-tuned folded reflectarray antenna(FRA).The main reflectarray surface adopted a four-arm patch element with varactor diodes in orthogonal directions.The design of a multilayer and rounded-corner structure suppressed local electric field concentration and increased the power handling capacity.The subreflector used metallic gratings with polarization selectivity,and the feed was a linearly polarized horn antenna.Independent bias tuning enabled each element to realize continuous 360°phase control and linear to cross-linear polarization conversion simultaneously,with a polarization conversion ratio(PCR)above 97.5%.The sub-reflector folded the propagation path and reduced the antenna profile.A 9×9 prototype was fabricated.At 4.3 GHz,the antenna achieved 15.39 dBi gain and 41.36%aperture efficiency.Under a 0.1 MPa SF_(6) environment,the power reached reached 3.6 MW,and a beam-steering range of-20°to 20°was obtained.The design provides an approach for low profile and beam-steerable reflectarray antennas in HPM applications.
