摘要
面对全球产业向绿色、智能化转型趋势,传统化工与制药类人才培养模式难以适应新工科对制药工程复合型人才需求。以化学工程与工艺专业为核心,融合多学科构建了“化工+X”多元化人才培养模式,着力培养具有高综合素质、家国情怀的创新人才。基于此,制药工程专业通过完善实践导向的课程体系,改革教学模式,建立多元协同育人机制等措施,形成多元化创新人才培养路径。人才培养成效显著,为工科院校制药工程专业的新工科建设提供了参考。
Facing the global trend of industrial transformation towards green and intelligent directions,the traditional talent cultivation model for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries is difficult to meet the demand for interdisciplinary talents in the pharmaceutical engineering industry under the construction of new engineering disciplines.The School of Chemical Engineering and Technology in Hebei University of Technology has integrated multiple disciplines to establish a“ChemE+X”diverse talent cultivation model with the chemical engineering and technology major as the core,focusing on cultivating innovative talents with high comprehensive quality and patriotic sentiments.Based on this,the pharmaceutical engineering major has constructed a diversified innovative talent cultivation path by improving practice-oriented curriculum system,advancing teaching model reforms,and establishing a multi-coordinated mechanism for talent cultivation and so on.It has achieved remarkable results in talent cultivation and provides valuable references for the new engineering discipline construction of pharmaceutical engineering majors in engineering universities.
