加氢柴油硫含量影响因素分析

Analysis on influencing factors of sulfur content in hydrogenated diesel oil

摘要 加氢柴油的硫含量是衡量柴油质量和环保性能的重要指标之一,直接影响尾气排放及空气质量。文中围绕加氢脱硫过程中硫含量的影响因素进行系统分析,重点探讨了原料性质、操作条件及催化剂性能对脱硫效果的影响。研究发现,原料中高含硫化物(如4,6-DMDBT)、FCC柴油掺混比例及杂质(如氮化物)的变化,显著影响脱硫反应效率。反应温度、压力、氢油比和空速等工艺参数的调控对硫含量具有关键作用。在运行过程中装置能够保持99%以上的脱硫率,且反应温度稳定在327℃,与建成投产时相比,催化柴油掺炼比例提高80%,反应温度降低了10℃,说明优化工艺操作使得节能得到显著效果。通过调整原料馏程、优化循环比及反应注氢系统及控制FCC柴油掺炼比例,柴油产品硫含量稳定在6.2 mg/kg以下,满足国VIB标准。装置年节电量达180×10^(4)kWh,综合能耗下降4.5%,实现了经济与环保效益的双重提升。 The sulfur content of hydrogenated diesel is one of the important indicators for measuring diesel quality and environmental performance,which directly affects exhaust emissions and air quality.The influencing factors of sulfur content in the process of hydrogenation desulfurization are systematically analyzed,which focuses on the effects of raw material properties,operating conditions,and catalyst performance on desulfurization efficiency.The research shows that the changes in high sulfide content(4,6-DMDBT),FCC diesel blending ratio,and impurities(nitrides)in raw materials significantly affect the efficiency of desulfurization reactions.The regulation of process parameters such as reaction temperature,pressure,hydrogen oil ratio,and space velocity plays a crucial role in determining sulfur content.During the operation,the device is able to maintain a desulfurization rate of over 99%and the reaction temperature remains stable at 327℃.Compared with when it was put into operation,the blending ratio of catalytic diesel increased by 80%and the reaction temperature decreased by 10℃,indicating that optimizing the process operation has achieved significant energy conservation effects.By adjusting the distillation range of raw materials,optimizing circulation ratio of inject-hydrogen system,and controlling the blending ratio of FCC diesel,the sulfur content of diesel products has been stabilized below 6.2 mg/kg,which meets the national VIB standard.The annual power savings of the device reaches 180×10^(4)kWh,with a comprehensive energy consumption reduction of 4.5%,achieving a dual improvement in economic and environmental benefits.
