摘要
洞庭湖生态经济区在发展中仍面临多重瓶颈,高水平推动乡村产业融合具有重要战略价值。通过分析洞庭湖生态经济区乡村产业的融合条件与发展现状,明确洞庭湖生态经济区乡村产业融合的指导方针与总体框架,提出分类培育乡村产业融合新业态、构筑多元化场景夯实融合底座、升级利益联结建立可持续机制、激活多元要素催生融合新引擎和打造融合的公共服务生态系统等策略,可为洞庭湖生态经济区高质量发展提供参考。
The Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone still faces multiple bottlenecks in its development,and promoting rural industrial integration at a high level has important strategic value.By analyzing the integration conditions and development status of rural industries in the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone,the guidelines and overall framework for rural industrial integration in the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone are clarified,and strategies such as cultivating new business formats for rural industrial integration in categories,building diversified scenarios to consolidate the integration base,and upgrading Interest linkage to establish sustainable mechanisms,activating multiple elements to generate new engines of integration,and creating an integrated public service ecosystem can provide reference for the high-quality development of the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone.
