“双碳”目标下鸡泽辣椒全产业链数智化赋能与增值路径研究

摘要 在“双碳”目标约束下,农业产业的数智化赋能已成为实现其可持续发展的核心路径。该文以鸡泽辣椒全产业链为研究对象,系统剖析“双碳”目标下该产业链在种植、采摘、加工和销售运输等环节面临的资源消耗、碳排放超标及产业附加值偏低等发展困境。在此基础上,揭示数智化赋能辣椒产业链的作用机理,通过技术创新与流程再造,可有效突破传统产业的资源环境约束,在种植环节实现精准灌溉施肥、加工环节推进低碳生产、销售运输环节优化物流配送,全方位降低产业链碳排放强度。同时,依托数智化手段助力品种优化、深加工升级及品牌建设,显著提升产业附加值,最终形成环境效益与经济效益协同共进的可持续发展模式。 Under the constraints of the"Double Carbon"goal,digital empowerment of the agricultural industry has become the core path to achieve its sustainable development.This paper takes the entire Jize pepper industry chain as the research object and systematically analyzes the development difficulties faced by the industry chain in planting,picking,processing,sales and transportation under the"Double Carbon"goal.Difficulties such as resource consumption,excessive carbon emissions and low industrial added value.On this basis,it reveals the mechanism of digital intelligence empowering the pepper industry chain:Through technological innovation and process reengineering,we can effectively break through the resource and environmental constraints of traditional industries,achieve precise irrigation and fertilization in the planting process,and promote low-carbon production and sales.Optimize logistics and distribution in the transportation link to comprehensively reduce the carbon emission intensity of the industrial chain.At the same time,relying on digital and intelligent means to help optimize varieties,upgrade deep processing and brand building,significantly increase the added value of the industry,and ultimately form a sustainable development model in which environmental benefits and economic benefits work together.
