摘要
统筹推进污染治理与碳减排协同并进,是我国稳步实施碳达峰碳中和战略、促进发展方式绿色低碳转型的关键举措。论文基于长三角地区41个设区市2011—2021年的面板数据,综合运用固定效应模型、中介效应模型和空间计量模型等定量研究方法,系统分析了绿色金融发展与农业减污降碳协同增效的因果作用机制,探讨农业技术进步在二者关系中的作用机理。研究发现:首先,绿色金融发展能够显著促进农业减污降碳协同增效,且在绿色金融发展水平较高地区、非粮食主产区和低经济发展水平地区,促进效果更显著。其次,绿色金融发展在促进农业减污降碳协同增效的过程中,存在显著的空间溢出效应,即本地区绿色金融发展水平的提高也能促进空间邻近地区农业减污降碳协同增效。再次,绿色金融发展能够通过促进农业技术进步实现农业减污降碳协同增效,且农业技术进步水平在绿色金融发展影响农业减污降碳协同增效的过程中充当门槛变量。研究结论对于实现农业绿色化发展具有重要理论与现实意义。
Coordinating pollution control and carbon emission reduction is a key measure for China to steadily implement the carbon peak carbon neutrality strategy and promote the green and low-carbon transformation of development mode.Based on the panel data of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2011 to 2021,this study comprehensively uses quantitative research methods such as fixed effect model,intermediary effect model and spatial econometric model to systematically explore the causal mechanism of the synergy between green financial development and agricultural pollution reduction and carbon reduction,and to explore the mechanism of agricultural technological progress in the relationship between the two.The study found that:first,the development of green finance can significantly promote the synergy of agricultural pollution reduction and carbon reduction.Moreover,the promotion effect is more significant in areas with higher levels of green financial development,non-major grain producing areas and areas with low levels of economic development.Secondly,in the process of promoting the synergy of agricultural pollution reduction and carbon reduction,there is a significant spatial spillover effect,that is,the improvement of the level of green financial development in the region can also promote the synergy of agricultural pollution reduction and carbon reduction in spatial neighboring areas.Thirdly,the development of green finance can achieve the synergy of agricultural pollution reduction and carbon reduction by promoting the progress of agricultural technology.The level of agricultural technological progress acts as a threshold variable in the process of green financial development affecting the synergy of agricultural pollution reduction and carbon reduction.The research conclusions have important theoretical and practical significance for realizing the green development of agriculture.
