摘要
为进一步提高医用耗材管理水平,选取本中心2022年~2023年在用的77种医用耗材为对象,采用层次分析法构建评价指标模型。模型从厂商服务、配送商服务、产品质量三个维度展开分析,选取培训(含回访)、响应反馈、配送效率、满意度等10个二级指标。通过建立判断矩阵确定各级指标影响程度,计算权重并完成一致性检验,最终通过权重与对应二级指标乘积的加权求和,得出每种耗材的评价指数。结果显示,该体系实施后,厂商订单响应时间缩短;配送商票据准确率提升且交货周期加快;产品质量方面,验收合格率显著提高。表明该评价体系兼具实用性与准确性,可为医用耗材管理及新增耗材遴选提供科学依据,推动管理工作的科学性与系统性。
In order to further improve the management level of medical consumables,this article selects 77 types of medical consumables in use in our hospital from 2022 to 2023 as the object,uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the evaluation index model,and analyzes from three dimensions:manufacturer service,distributor service,and product quality.Ten secondary indicators are selected,including training(follow-up),response feedback,distribution efficiency,and satisfaction.Establish a judgment matrix to determine the degree of influence of each level of indicators,determine the weight size and conduct consistency tests,and finally sum the product of the weight and the corresponding secondary indicators to obtain the evaluation index for each medical consumable.The results show that the application of the medical consumables evaluation system has shortened the order response time and improved the accuracy of receipts for manufacturers,shortened the delivery cycle for distributors,and increased the acceptance rate of product quality.This indicates that the evaluation system has high operability and accuracy,which can provide a basis for the management of medical consumables and the selection of new consumables,and improve the scientific and systematic management of consumables.
