新型耐冲刷铜合金三通阀铸造工艺的数值模拟研究 被引量:1

Numerical Simulation of Casting Process of Three-way Valve from a New Type of Erosion-Corrosion Resistant Copper Alloy

摘要 根据新型耐高速海水冲刷腐蚀铜合金(ZCuAl7-7-4-2)的热物理性能和船用三通阀铸件的几何形状与结构特点,对三通阀铸件的铸造工艺进行了数值模拟研究。设计了底注式和底注雨淋式浇注系统,并对两种系统的浇铸质量进行分析。数值模拟结果表明,底注雨淋式浇注系统的铸造缺陷更少,且当内浇道集中分布在铸件中部薄壁区时可进一步改善铸造质量。采用正交试验对适配浇注系统的浇注工艺参数(浇注温度、浇注速度、砂型预热温度)组合进行了优化。最终确定的新型耐冲刷铜合金三通阀的铸造方案为:采用将内浇道集中在中部薄壁区的底注雨淋式浇注系统进行浇注,浇注温度为1 100℃,浇注速度为4.5 kg/s,砂型预热温度为150℃。 Based on the thermal physical properties of a new type of erosion-corrosion resistant copper alloy(ZCuAl7-7-4-2)and the geometric and structural characteristics of three-way valve,the casting process of three-way valve is numerically simulated.The bottom and bottom-rain gating systems are designed,and their casting qualities analyzed.The numerical simulation results show that the casting quality obtained by bottom-rain gating system is better and that the casting quality is even better when the inner runner concentrates in the middle thin-wall area.The optimization combination of pouring temperature,filling speed and preheating temperature is explored by the orthogonal test.The optimal casting process is that the gating system should be the one with the inner runner concentrated in the middle thin-wall area of the bottom-rain gating system,with the pouring temperature of 1100℃,the filling speed of 4.5 kg/s,and the preheating temperature of 150℃.
