配电网消弧线圈串接有源电压柔性消弧方案

摘要 现有配电网采用消弧线圈并联有源消弧的方式有助于单相接地故障的电弧抑制,但有源消弧系统较高的工作电压导致其存在拓扑结构多级、控制策略复杂等问题。基于有源电压消弧工作原理,本文提出了一种基于消弧线圈串接H桥型有源消弧系统的协同消弧方案;设计了采用PI+重复控制的有源消弧系统的控制策略,并进行了重复控制器的参数设计。最后,搭建了配电网模型进行仿真和实验,结果表明采用串接型有源消弧方案其承受的工作电压的最大值仅为正常相电压的9.1%,且在不同的单相接地故障场景下能有效抑制接地点故障电压,有望为配电网有源电压消弧提供一种可行的解决方案。 The existing distribution network adopts the method of arc suppression coil parallel active arc suppression,which is helpful to suppress the arc of single-phase grounding fault.However,the high working voltage of the active arc suppression system leads to the problems of multi-level topology and complex control strategy.Based on the working principle of active voltage arc suppression,a cooperative arc suppression scheme based on H-bridge active arc suppression system connected in series with arc suppression coil is proposed.The control strategy of the active arc suppression system using PI+repetitive control is designed,and the parameters of the repetitive controller are designed.Finally,a distribution network model is built for simulation and experiment.The results show that the maximum operating voltage of the series active arc suppression scheme is only 9.1%of the normal phase voltage,and it can effectively suppress the grounding fault voltage in different single-phase grounding fault scenarios.It is expected to provide a feasible solution for active voltage arc suppression in distribution network.
