摘要
随着互联网技术的飞速发展,教育领域也迎来了深刻的变革,进入了“互联网+教育”的新时代。“互联网+”技术的深度融合,既为高等教育发展打开了新空间、注入了强劲动能,也引发了教师角色与育人模式的深层结构性挑战。高校教师在“教书”与“育人”方面的挑战,重点体现于教师主体性危机、师生互动异化和评价体系滞后三个问题。网络资源的“便捷获取”与技术中介的“工具理性”弱化了教师作为知识建构者的核心角色、淡化了师生之间的情感交流,评价制度滞后又进一步形成负向激励。基于此,要强化教师专业自觉、推进评价制度创新、优化组织文化生态三维协同路径,推动育人模式整体性重塑,为当前时代高等教育回归育人本质提供理论依据与实践指引。
With the rapid advancement of internet technology,the education sector has undergone profound transformations,ushering in a new era of“Internet Plus”.The deep integration of“Internet Plus”technologies has not only opened new horizons and injected strong momentum into higher education development,but also triggered profound structural challenges to teachers’roles and educational models.The challenges faced by university teachers in both teaching and educating,primarily manifest in three aspects:crisis of teacher autonomy,alienation of teacher-student interaction,and lagging evaluation systems.The convenient access to online resources and the instrumental rationality of technological intermediaries have weakened teachers’core role as knowledge builders,diluted emotional exchanges between educators and students,while outdated evaluation systems further create negative incentives.To address these issues,it is essential to strengthen teachers’professional awareness,promote innovation in evaluation systems,and optimize organizational cultural ecosystems through a three-dimensional collaborative approach.This comprehensive reshaping of educational models provides theoretical foundations and practical guidance for higher education to return to its essence of nurturing talents in the current era.
