摘要
文章提出基于工业互联网的服装柔性生产线构建方法,以数字化、智能化转型培育新质生产力。通过模块化智造单元重构、工业App微服务赋能,构建“云-边-端”协同体系,实现订单、工艺、设备的动态解耦与重组;依托智造单元、工业App及工业互联网,通过工艺逻辑虚拟化和资源动态绑定完成生产流程个性化定义,实现服装产线智能高频换款,使服装制造企业能够快速响应市场变化,满足个性化定制需求。该研究为离散制造业多品种变批量生产提供了可复制技术路径。
This paper proposes a method for constructing a flexible garment production line based on the industrial Internet,aiming to foster new quality productive forces through digital and intelligent transformation.By reconstructing modular intelligent manufacturing units and empowering industrial App microservices,a"cloud-edge-end"collaborative system is established to achieve dynamic decoupling and reorganization of orders,processes and equipment.Relying on intelligent manufacturing units,industrial Apps,and the industrial Internet,the personalized definition of production processes is realized through process logic virtualization and dynamic resource binding,thereby enabling intelligent high-frequency style changes in garment production lines.This allows garment manufacturing enterprises to quickly respond to market changes and meet personalized customization demands.The study provides a replicable technological path for the multi-variety and variable-batch production mode in discrete manufacturing industries.
