摘要
本文解决传统铜阳极板浇铸过程中硫酸钡喷涂不均匀及水分残留导致的表面缺陷问题,提升铜阳极板质量。研发阳极模干粉静电喷涂设备,采用静电喷涂技术直接喷涂硫酸钡干粉,结合筛分、烘干、气动输送及物料回收系统,实现干粉均匀附着。设备成功应用于生产,硫酸钡干粉涂层厚度控制在10μm~20μm,无水分残留,铜阳极板表面无裂纹、气孔及夹渣,脱模效率提高,阳极模使用寿命延长。该设备优化了铜阳极板生产工艺,显著提升了产品质量,具备良好的市场应用前景。
This paper addresses the issues of uneven spraying and moisture residue caused by traditional barium sulfate slurry in copper anode plate casting,thereby improving product quality.A dry powder electrostatic spraying(DPES)device for anode molds was developed,utilizing electrostatic spraying technology to directly apply barium sulfate dry powder.The system integrated screening,drying,pneumatic conveying,and material recycling.The device achieved a uniform coating thickness of 1020μm without moisture residue,eliminated surface defects(cracks,pores,and slag inclusions)in copper anode plates,improved demolding efficiency,and extended mold service life.This equipment optimizes the copper anode plate production process,significantly enhancing product quality,and demonstrates broad market potential.
