船用消声瓦自动化敷设装备研制

Development of Automated Laying Equipment for Marine Anechoic Tiles

摘要 针对传统敷设消声瓦的施工工艺效率低下、劳动强度高、铺装工艺通用夹具操作繁琐等问题,本文提出一种全新的消声瓦敷设工艺,取消了船体表面焊接/粘结螺柱,并研制了配套的船用消声瓦自动化敷设装备,采用薄膜压力感应设备实时采集并分析敷设压力数据。结果表明:新型装备在双瓦同步敷设工况下,两侧消声瓦敷设压力均在12000N以上,满足消声瓦敷设工艺标准要求。经工程验证,相较于传统单瓦人工敷设方式,该装备能够同时敷设两块消声瓦,敷设效率提高了近一倍。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity and complicated operation of general fixture for traditional laying of silencer tiles,this paper proposes a new laying process of anechoic tiles,which eliminates the welding/bonding studs on the hull surface,and develops a complete set of automatic laying equipment for marine silencer tiles.The film pressure sensing equipment is used to collect and analyze the laying pressure data in real time.The results show that the laying pressure of the new equipment on both sides of the muffler tile is above 1200oN under the condition of double tile synchronous laying,which meets the requirements of the laying process standard of the muffler tile.The engineering verification shows that compared with the traditional single-tile manual laying method,the equipment can lay two muffler tiles at the same time,the laying efficiency is nearly doubled.
