摘要
中医外感病普遍存在个体差异,发病时病情有轻有重.笔者研究手足口病和流行性感冒,发现感染性疾病的发病轻重不仅和病原体有关,更与患者的基因多态性、免疫状态、治疗是否及时有效等因素密切相关.通过诠释"顺传""逆传"的概念,说明古人对外感病的发病轻重早有认识,且以"逆传心包"等为代表的外感重症与现代感染重症脓毒症炎症因子风暴颇为相似.据此,姜春华教授截断扭转的治疗理念或可为中医精准抗击炎症因子风暴开辟道路.
Individual variation is commonly observed in externally contracted diseases in TCM with manifestations ranging from mild to severe at onset.Through our studies on hand,foot,and mouth disease(HFMD)and influenza,we have found that the severity of infectious diseases is related not only to the pathogen itself but also closely associated with factors such as the patients'genetic polymorphisms,immune status,and the timeliness and effectiveness of treatment.The concepts of"sequential transmission"and"reverse transmission"are used to illustrate that the ancients had already recognized the differences in the severity of externally contracted diseases,employing terms like"reverse invasion of the pericardium"to describe severe cases.This understanding shows remarkable consistency with the modern concept of a cytokine storm in severe sepsis.Based on this,Prof JIANG Chun-hua's"intercepting and reversing"therapeutic method may pave the way for TCM to precisely counteract the cytokine storm.
