基于PLC技术的电厂注水系统高压变频器运行状态感知方法

摘要 针对电厂注水系统中高压变频器运行状态难以实现实时、全面、精准感知及早期预警的问题,文章基于PLC技术开展了相应的运行状态感知方法研究。通过设计多源异构传感器数据采集单元,结合标准化与复合滤波预处理技术,构建了融合动态权重的健康度指数(OHI)及加权偏离度故障概率模型,实现了从多维度数据采集、实时状态量化评估到早期故障概率辨识的全流程感知。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to realize real-time,comprehensive and accurate perception and early warning of the running state of high voltage inverter in the water filling system of power plant,this paper carried out the corresponding operation state perception method based on PLC technology.By designing a multisource heterogeneous sensor data acquisition unit,combined with standardization and composite filtering preprocessing technology,the Health Index(OHI)and weighted deviation degree fault probability model with dynamic weight were constructed,which realized the whole process perception from multi-dimensional data acquisition,real-time state quantitative assessment to early fault probability identification.
