摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,电子健康记录系统已成为现代医疗体系的重要基础设施,其核心功能是实现患者健康信息的系统化、高效化管理。文章以Microsoft Access数据库为基础,设计并实现了一套电子健康记录管理数据库系统。借助Access平台在数据建模、界面开发与查询统计方面的灵活性优势,构建了覆盖患者基本信息、病历记录、检查结果及用药信息等核心模块的集成化管理平台。系统通过规范化的表结构设计、关系建立及窗体查询功能,支持多维度数据检索与统计分析,有效提升了患者信息管理工作的准确性和效率。实际应用表明,该系统能够显著减少人工录入错误与重复操作,为临床决策及机构管理提供及时、可靠的数据支持。
With the rapid development of information technology,electronic health record system has become an important infrastructure of modern medical system.Its core function is to realize the systematic and efficient management of patient health information.This paper designs and implements an electronic health record management database system based on Microsoft Access database.With the flexibility of Access platform in data modeling,interface development and query statistics,an integrated management platform covering core modules such as basic information of patients,medical records,examination results and medication information is constructed.Through standardized table structure design,relationship establishment and form query function,the system supports multi-dimensional data retrieval and statistical analysis,which effectively improves the accuracy and efficiency of medical institutions in patient information management.Practical application shows that the system can significantly reduce manual input errors and repeated operations,and provide timely and reliable data support for clinical decision-making and institutional management.
