摘要
膨胀污泥床(Expanded Granular Sludge Bed,EGSB)是在上流式厌氧污泥床(Up-flowAnaerobic Sludge Bed,UASB)基础上研发出的污水处理技术。通过实际生产应用案例,EGSB系统最适的温度控制在26℃-38℃且当温度>39℃时,该系统处理效率急剧下降、几近崩溃;最适pH值控制在7.2-7.8且当pH值大于8.0时,系统处理效率下降;合理脱氮情况的控制可以使处理后的污水达到排放标准;系统产生的沼气可进行生物质转化生成蒸汽。
The Expanded Granular Sludge Bed(EGSB)is a wastewater treatment technology developed based on the Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed(UASB)system.According to practical production applications,the optimal temperature range for the EGSB system is 26℃-38℃.When the temperature exceeds 39℃,the treatment efficiency of the system declines sharply,nearly leading to collapse.The optimal pH range is 7.2-7.8,and when the pH rises above 8.0,the system’s treatment efficiency decreases.Proper control of denitrification ensures that the treated wastewater meets discharge standards.Additionally,the biogas generated by the system can be converted into steam through biomass energy conversion.
