能量代谢在成骨细胞分化过程中的作用机制

摘要 骨质疏松症等骨骼疾病与骨稳态密切相关,维持正常的骨稳态需要在成骨细胞的骨形成与破骨细胞的骨吸收之间取得一种巧妙的平衡。成骨细胞通过分泌多种生物活性物质调节着骨形成的过程,阐明控制成骨细胞分化和活性的分子机制尤为重要。由于成骨细胞在胶原蛋白合成和分泌中的特殊功能,需要持续和大量的能量底物供应,如葡萄糖、脂肪酸、谷氨酰胺等,才能进行分化和功能活性。因此笔者综述了近年来关于成骨细胞代谢特征的相关研究,旨在探索能量代谢在成骨细胞分化过程中的重要作用,为骨骼代谢疾病提供新的思路和策略。 Bone diseases such as osteoporosis are closely related to bone homeostasis,and maintaining normal bone homeostasis requires a delicate balance between bone formation by osteoblasts and bone resorption by osteoclasts.Osteoblasts regulate the process of bone formation by secreting a variety of bioactive substances.It is particularly important to elucidate the molecular mechanisms that control the differentiation and activity of osteoblasts.Due to the special function of osteoblasts in collagen synthesis and secretion,they require a continuous and large supply of energy substrates,such as glucose,fatty acids,glutamine,etc.,for differentiation and functional activity.Therefore,this article reviews recent studies on the metabolic characteristics of osteoblasts,aiming to explore the important role of energy metabolism in osteoblast differentiation and provide new ideas and strategies for bone metabolic diseases.
