ICP-AES法与AAS法在滤膜多金属测定中的应用比较

摘要 为比较分析两种方法在滤膜金属检测中的应用,评价两种方法的实用性和可靠性,分别用ICP-AES法和AAS法两种方法进行滤膜中铅、镉、锰、锌4种金属元素的检测,测定其检出限、测定下限、回收率等方法评价指标;并用两种方法对质控滤膜中的铅、镉、锰元素进行检测,分析其检测结果。实验结果显示,在滤膜金属检测中ICP-AES法的检出限、测定下限均优于AAS法;两种方法质控样品检测结果均在指定范围内,且经t检验P>0.05,呈高度相关。ICP-AES法灵敏度高于AAS法,且仪器操作简便,分析速度快,可多种元素同时测定,线形范围宽,结果准确可靠,更适用于大批量样品的检验。两种方法均满足实验室分析要求,可根据检测目的和应用场景进行选择。 To compare and analyze the application of two methods in the detection of metal elements in filter membranes and evaluate their practicality and reliability,the ICP-AES method and AAS method were employed to detect four metal elements of lead,cadmium,manganese,and zinc in the filter membrane.Evaluation metrics such as detection limits,quantification limits,and recovery rates were determined.Additionally,both methods were used to detect the lead,cadmium and manganese elements in quality control filter membranes,and their detection results were analyzed.The experimental results showed that in the detection of metal elements in filter membranes,the ICP-AES method had lower detection limits and quantification limits than the AAS method.The test results for both methods on quality control samples fell within the specified range,and it showed a high correlation(P>0.05)after t-test.The sensitivity of ICP-AES method is better than that of AAS method.And the instrument operation of the ICP-AES method is easy with fast analysis speed.Multiple elements can be determined simultaneously with a wide linear range,and the results are accurate and reliable.It is more suitable for the inspection of large quantities of samples.The conclusion is that both methods meet the laboratory analysis requirements.And selection can be made based on the detection purpose and application scenario.
