摘要
目的 构建教学医院岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为教学医院“双师型”教师的选拔、考核和师资培训提供参考依据。方法 采用文献检索法、研究小组讨论和德尔菲专家函询法,筛选指标并量化质量控制与评价的维度、条目及各级评价指标。结果 最终形成教学医院“双师型”教师岗位胜任力评价指标体系,包括一级指标6项、二级指标19项、三级指标60项。两轮专家函询问卷有效应答率分别为100%、93.33%,函询专家的权威系数为0.858,第2轮咨询的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.484、0.301、0.198,P均<0.05。结论 本研究构建的教学医院“双师型”教师岗位胜任力评价指标体系科学、有效、客观、可操作,为教学医院“双师型”教师岗位胜任力评价提供可借鉴的指标。
Objective To develop an evaluation index system for the job competency of"dual-qualified"teachers in teaching hospitals,providing a reference for their selection,assessment,and training.Methods The study employed literature review,group discussions,and the Delphi expert panel method to select indicators and quantify the dimensions,items,and evaluation criteria at various levels.Results A comprehensive evaluation index system for the job competency of"dual-qualified"teachers in teaching hospitals was developed,comprising 6 primary indicators,19 secondary indicators,and 60 tertiary indicators.The effective response rates for the two rounds of expert questionnaires were 100%and 93.33%,respectively.The authority coefficient of the experts was 0.858,and the Kendall's coefficient of concordance for the second round of consultations were 0.484,0.301,and 0.198,P<0.05.Conclusion The evaluation index system developed in this study is scientific,effective,objective,and practical,providing a valuable reference for evaluating the job competency of"dual-qualified"teachers in teaching hospitals.
