摘要
针对钢铁、冶金行业低压蒸汽管网富余放散蒸汽的高效能量回收,深入研究蒸汽余压发电-双工质余热发电耦合技术,提出“蒸汽余压发电透平串联ORC余热发电机组”总体技术方案,对于热源不稳定特性和低成本-快速建设需求,提出余压余热发电透平膨胀机选型原则与设计思路、ORC余热发电机组性能评估模型与协调控制策略,并成功应用于钢铁企业兆瓦级余压余热耦合发电项目,验证了其可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the efficient energy recovery of excess steam released from low-pressure steam pipelines in the steel and metallurgical industries,exploring the coupling technology of steam pressure let-down power generation and binary cycle waste heat power generation,the overall technical solution has been proposed,steam pressure let-down power generation in series with ORC waste heat power generation unit.For the unstable characteristics of heat sources and the demand of low-cost and rapid construction,these have been proposed:Selection principles and design ideas for turbo-expander in pressure let-down and waste heat power generation,performance evaluation model and coordinated control strategy for ORC waste heat generator unit.The megawatt level project of steel enterprises has been successfully put into commercial operation.For pressure let-down power generation coupling on waste heat power generation,its feasibility and effectiveness has been verified.
