机组宽负荷高效运行循环水系统配置

摘要 基于火力发电机组深度调峰需求,开展大中型火力发电厂循环水系统宽负荷高效运行研究,为《大中型火力发电厂设计规范》修编循环水系统配置要求提供理论依据。本文调研近五年新建机组的循环水泵配置类型、台数、调速方式、水泵效率和部分电厂循环水系统的运行情况,开展循环水泵调节方式的研究分析,在此基础上提出现行规范中循环水系统配置相关要求的修改建议。同时,结合机组宽负荷高效运行的需求,提出循环水系统动态节能控制策略方案,实现基于实时机组负荷、环境边界条件下,循环水泵动态节能控制。 Based on the deep peak shaving requirements of thermal power units,this study investigates the wide-load high-efficiency operation of circulating water systems in large and medium-sized thermal power plants,providing a theoretical basis for revising the configuration requirements of circulating water systems in the Code for design of fossil fired power plant.This paper reviews the configuration types,number,speed control methods,and pump efficiency of circulating water pumps in newly built units over the past five years,as well as the operational conditions of circulating water systems in some power plants.It conducts research and analysis on the regulation methods of circulating water pumps and,on this basis,proposes revisions to the relevant requirements for circulating water system configurations in the current code.Additionally,in response to the need for wide-load high-efficiency operation of units,a dynamic energy-saving control strategy for circulating water systems is proposed,enabling energy-efficient control of circulating water pumps based on real-time unit load and environmental boundary conditions.
