直流偏磁下二次回路继电器动作特性智能检测装置仿真设计

摘要 二次回路继电器动作检测在直流偏磁下存在检测效果差的问题。因此,设计直流偏磁下的二次回路继电器动作特性智能检测装置。利用高速采样模组采集继电器触点和动作信号,将信号状态作为判断继电器的动作特性的依据。分析接入直流偏磁抑制装置后的动作特性,并校核异常动作。测试结果显示,所设计的装置能够对二次回路中的继电器动作特性进行全面检测,获取全部动作特性,检测异常动作,并且在敏感性系数取值为0.7时,能够完成异常动作特性的最佳校核。 There is a problem of poor detection effect in the action detection of secondary circuit relay under DC magnetic bias.Therefore,an intelligent detection device for secondary circuit relay action characteristics under DC magnetic bias is designed.The high-speed sampling module is used to collect the relay contact and action signal and the signal state is used as the basis to judge the action characteristics of the relay.The action characteristics of DC magnetic bias suppression device are analyzed and abnormal action is checked.The test results show that the designed device can comprehensively detect the action characteristics of the relay in the secondary circuit,obtain all the characteristics of the action,detect the abnormal action,and can complete the best check of the abnormal action characteristics when the sensitivity coefficient is 0.7.
