窄分子量分布阴离子硅油乳液的制备和表征

摘要 以二甲基硅氧烷混合环体为单体、十二烷基苯磺酸为催化剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为复合乳化剂,通过乳液开环聚合及调聚反应制得阴离子硅油乳液。考察了催化剂和复合乳化剂用量、调聚反应时间对单体转化率、乳液稳定性、硅油分子量及分子量分布的影响。结果表明,催化剂用量3.5%、乳化剂用量2%、80°C聚合反应8 h后45°C调聚反应32 h条件下制得的阴离子硅油乳液具有良好的稳定性,单体转化率为91.77%,硅油数均分子量为4.57×10^(4),分子量分布指数为1.95。 Anionic silicone oil emulsion was prepared with dimethylsiloxane cyclic mixtures as monomers, dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid as catalyst, and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate combined with fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether as composite emulsifier through emulsion ring-opening polymerization and controlled polymerization. The effects of catalyst and composite emulsifier dosage, as well as polymerization adjustment time, on monomer conversion rate, emulsion stability, silicone oil molecular weight, and molecular weight distribution were investigated. Results indicate that anionic silicone oil emulsion prepared with 3.5% catalyst, 2% emulsifier, of 80 ℃ for 8 hours followed by 45 ℃ post-polymerization for 32 hours exhibits excellent stability. The monomer conversion rate reached 91.77%, with a number-average molecular weight of 4.57×10^(4) and a molecular weight distribution index of 1.95.
