基于线性规划的汽车零部件供应链库存与生产调度优化

摘要 受消费者定制化需求提升及新能源汽车技术迭代影响,汽车零部件供应链呈现“多品种、小批量、短周期”的特点。与此同时,受原材料价格波动、地缘政治等外部风险因素影响,供应链管理难度加剧,且库存与生产调度协同不足。线性规划作为经典数学优化方法,可有效应对多变量、多约束下的目标优化,其核心优势在于能将复杂供应链问题转化为量化数学模型,通过求解获得全局最优解。基于此,本文首先构建基于线性规划的汽车零部件供应链库存优化模型,其次分析生产调度模型的构建逻辑,最后通过简化数值案例验证优化效果,为行业实践提供参考。 Due to the increase in customized demands from consumers and the iteration of new energy vehicles,the automotive parts supply chain presents the characteristics of"multiple varieties,small batches,and short cycles".At the same time,external risk factors such as raw material price fluctuations and geopolitics have intensified the difficulty of supply chain management,and the coordination between inventory and production scheduling is insufficient.Linear programming,as a classic mathematical optimization method,can effectively address the optimization of multiple variables and multiple constraints.Its core advantage lies in being able to transform complex supply chain problems into quantitative mathematical models and obtain the global optimal solution through solving.Based on this,this paper first constructs an inventory optimization model for the automotive parts supply chain based on linear programming,then analyzes the construction logic of the production scheduling model,and finally verifies the optimization effect through a simplified numerical case,providing a reference for industry practice.
