摘要
本文介绍高压大平方线径端子的压接与焊接方式,分析电线铜丝绞合方式对线束温升的影响及后期改善措施,探讨端子温升过高的风险因素,并对比焊接与压接工艺的优缺点,为后续模具及钳口开发提供技术支持,最终确保产品品质满足使用要求。
This paper introduces the crimping and welding methods of high-voltage large square wire diameter terminals,analyzes the influence of copper wire twisting methods on the temperature rise of wire harnesses and the subsequent improvement measures,discusses the risk factors for excessive temperature rise of terminals,compares the advantages and disadvantages of welding and crimping processes,provides technical support for the subsequent development of molds and jaws,and ultimately ensures that the product quality meets the usage requirements.
