摘要
[目的/意义]探究《黑神话:悟空》在舆情发展阶段的情感特征和主题演化过程,精准发现消费者的感受与需求,可为国产游戏研发提供策略支持,也为正向引导游戏舆情提供决策参考。[方法/过程]基于百度指数将《黑神话:悟空》的舆情划分为潜伏期、爆发期和消退期,借助八爪鱼采集器爬取新浪微博评论文本,利用BERTopic模型在语义层面提取各阶段舆情主题并展现主题演化过程,运用SnowNLP工具分析各主题的情感分布。[结果/结论]消费者重点关注联名产品、抄袭争议和剧情改编话题,三个阶段舆情主题呈“边缘话题引入—核心话题聚焦—问题话题深入”逐步递进的演化模式。网络舆情整体以积极评论为主,且随舆情发展正向情感持续攀升。
[Purpose/significance]Exploring the emotional characteristics and thematic evolution process of Black Myth:Wukong in the development stage of public opinions,and accurately discovering consumers’feelings and needs can provide strategic support for the research and development of domestic games,as well as decision-making references for positively guiding game public opinions.[Method/process]Based on the Baidu index,the public opinions of Black Myth:Wukong are divided into latent period,outbreak period and receding period,the Sina Weibo comments are crawled with the help of Octopus Collector,the BERTopic model is used to extract the topics of public opinions in each stage at the semantic level and to show the process of the topic evolution,and the SnowNLP tool is used to analyze the sentimental distribution of each topic.[Result/conclusion]Consumers focus on the topics of co-branded products,plagiarism controversy and drama adaptation,and the public opinion themes in the three phases show a gradual and progressive evolutionary pattern of“introduction of marginal topics-focus on core topics-in-depth discussion of problematic topics”.Overall,positive comments dominate online public opinions,and positive sentiment continue to rise with the development of public opinions.
