大学生学习动力现状及影响因素研究

摘要 目的:本研究以某综合类大学为例揭示大学生学习动力现状,探究大学生学习动力的影响因素,为促进教学改革提供依据。方法:问卷调查法收集数据,采用相关性分析、单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析,剖析学习动力的影响因素。结果:约五分之一的大学生学习动力不足,非人文社科类专业、不担任学生干部、情绪低落和行为不当是学习动力不足的危险因素,学习态度和学习兴趣是保护因素。结论:影响学习动力的因素包括专业、担任学生干部、学习倦怠和人格因素。 Objective:Taking a comprehensive university as an example,this study aims to reveal the current status of learning motivation among college students and to explore the factors influencing learning motivation,so as to provide evidence for promoting teaching reform.Methods:Data were collected using a questionnaire survey.Correlation analysis,one-way analysis,and multivariate logistic regression analysis were employed to examine the factors influencing learning motivation.Results:Approximately one-fifth of college students exhibited insufficient learning motivation.Non-humanities and social sciences majors,not serving as student leaders,low mood,and inappropriate behaviors were identified as risk factors for insufficient learning motivation,whereas positive learning attitudes and strong learning interest were protective factors.Conclusion:Learning motivation is influenced by multiple factors,including academic major,student leadership roles,learning burnout,and personality-related factors.
